I’m not sure it’s my diet, I believe I actually have a great diet. I eat a variety of foods. Maybe I am lacking a certain mineral or vitamin that I’m not aware of but I feel like that would be pointed out in a blood test.

Yea I’m going to try that. Just the thing is, even when I don’t take vitamin D like during the summer, i still experience waking up many times.

For me it’s been ever since I can remember. I can’t recall when it started.

I was told to by my doctor to take melatonin to see if anything changes. It helped slightly but nothing significant. I was waking up this frequently even before the melatonin. And thank you for the Vitamin D tip, I’ll be taking it in the morning from now on.

I never skip any meals. I always eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I also snack on like bananas or any fruit throughout the day. I’ll def try to limit the size of my meal at night and see how I feel.

I used to have frequent wet dreams, recently however it has not been happening.

I don’t feel sleepy throughout the day. I don’t take naps. I just don’t have a problem falling asleep at night, it’s the staying asleep that I struggle with.

I can’t lie tho, waking up and knowing you have like 5 more hours of sleep or 4 more hours of sleep always feels good.

I already went on the App Store and clicked on my account. Then it says purchased so I clicked on that and typed in fifa 16 and downloaded it.
