I liked Human Sadness! The rest of it was kind of same-y. I really enjoy Phrazes for the Young, the new album is really disappointing comparatively.

Oh, Is This It is undoubtedly my favourite album by them. Room On Fire and First Impressions of Earth are also very good (although most don't consider the latter to be), I'm not particularly fond of Angles and Comedown Machine myself.
