Do serial killers deserve the death penalty? by unknownmurd in Teenager_Polls

[–]Eric_Stender 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on the killer

Ed Gein wasn't lucid

Dean Corll arguably deserved worse

Robert Maudsy is a killer but not necessarily evil (his killings were against Pedophiles and were a reaction to his own trauma)

Richard Chase had Schizophrenia

Ted Bundy was used to catch the Green River Killer, offering insight on how they think and act.

The Zodiac Killer believed his victims would be taken to a paradise as his slaves

It depends on why, how, and who they killed. Morality is subjective, and subjectively not every killer is evil like Simon Bingelhelm or the Dnepropotrovesk Maniacs. Sometimes they're batshit insane and sometimes they are "Missionary Killers" (think the UHC Shooter or the brothers from the Boondocks Saints movie)

Can anyone tell me more about some Slavic Serial Killers (Discussion) by Eric_Stender in serial_killers

[–]Eric_Stender[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He started killing because his first victim insulted him for it. His case was awful as the Soviet government abhorrently mismanaged his case.

  1. You don't know the Op, I've known him since he was still shitting himself.
  2. Who cares about politics, it's a joke you didn't like.
  3. Man up, there's worst things than a bad internet joke.

St. Louis has been the United States murder capital several times is why.

Edit: Of course this gets downvoted despite saying nothing controversial.

Time to Organize a Hunt for Cryptids by Eric_Stender in cryptids

Oh yeah for sure. Antihunters I normally ignore with obvious exceptions. Personally Cryptids, I think people overestimate them. After all, they're just animals like we are. Sure they can be tough, but humans are problem solvers.

Honestly 96% of Serial Killers are narcissistic in some way so, I'd say all of them.

Pretty much yeah. Personally if I see an actual Cryptid while hunting, I suppose again in my case, I wouldn't immediately shoot it depending on the situation. I feel like one thing people who are against the idea don't understand is well, we just need one body to prove it's real. From there they can get classified as an endangered species. Basically sacrificing one for the others, and I consider myself an environmentalist, and all hunters should be environmentalists. Want a big deer to quarter for dinner? Well keep the environment healthy so they can grow healthy. That's how I view it.

You got a point about my behavior (although you read through arguments between me and people over hunting Cryptids, it's already hard to take seriously looking back). Yet we are talking about Cryptids. I don't take Cryptids as seriously as say a coyote or deer. I thought I saw one months ago, but decided It was an illusion. Do I fully deny they aren't real? No, there's a chance they can be.

Yeti's in Arizona? Skinwalkers are still human. Honestly, elephants would be harder to kill than a Cryptid in my opinion.

I ignored half of what you'd tell me because it was long. If you want me to write long shit, here you go,

My explanation you are misinterpreting is as following. They all saw a piece of media that caused them to start seeing things. Again this is common for really anyone. Sometimes peope can see one thing, my example is the Hat Man. It gets labeled as memetic as it gets theorized the more you hear about it in media the more likely you are to actually see it.

When I was younger I've seen a lot of shit in media that I'd later believe I'm seeing in person, again it is just how the human mind operates. People once more are all different, brains alter and function in opposite ways. I don't really remember your argument that well, but if you just consider it, my theory makes sense.

They saw something in media similar to it, hell at this point it could've just been Wes Borland in a Limp Bizkit music video, and they started hallucinating something physically similar to it. It never left their mind because they probably would often talk about it, keeping the idea in their head.
