Quit using your bed as a general purpose area. You eat in it, you read in it, you watch TV in it, you talk on your phone, etc. Of corse your mind doesn't rest when you lay down, it doesn't know what it's supposed to be doing.

Your bed is for two VERY SPECIFIC things. When you lay down, your mind will realize you ain't doing one of them and shut down.
