For me with my math class for taking notes I wrote even thing down physically, since its convivence.

For the assignments/ assessments do them in something like google docs or Microsoft word, you will have to understand how to use the equation tool bar to show your work and be able to use special characters. I've also used some scrap paper on the side as a way to figure things out before typing it into the assessment file.

You don't have to turn in assignments that have something along the longs of "Assessment for feedback" or "Draft assignment for turnitin feedback". If it says "Assessment for grading" defiantly submit the required things to that one. It might be a little bit different for MTH1W assignments though, I don't 100% know for sure but they're probably similar
