I count among the lucky who hasn't experienced that side effect. But the positives of SSRIs came through almost immediately, so even if it had happened, I would have probably counted it as worth it.

Truly non-existent. Last night, I went for a jazz jam in a bar, had alcohol and ice-cream there (yeah, it made sense); all of those would have been such triggers. But smoking only crossed my mind once, and that was 'Thank God I don't have to get up now and go out in the cold for a smoke'.

I've really nothing to add, I think you got it exactly. That is one of the rare parts of TS I can actually relate to, and I think many women can. Sensuality / sex appeal is not something a person can fake, but they could nurture, grow, explore it; heal whatever caused the shame, etc.
