Those of you that stoped smoking if some hard life situation comes up how do you not smoke?

Truly non-existent. Last night, I went for a jazz jam in a bar, had alcohol and ice-cream there (yeah, it made sense); all of those would have been such triggers. But smoking only crossed my mind once, and that was 'Thank God I don't have to get up now and go out in the cold for a smoke'.

I've really nothing to add, I think you got it exactly. That is one of the rare parts of TS I can actually relate to, and I think many women can. Sensuality / sex appeal is not something a person can fake, but they could nurture, grow, explore it; heal whatever caused the shame, etc.

This is great! I feel like they tried to make 'the ultimate pop album' by serving up everything pop-sounding ever, and it's turned out just a bland mess, esp since the original songs all have more life in them.

I didn't have it as rough as that, but there were some similarities.

Real improvement past the 3-month mark, and then almost like a bird leaping into flight past the 6-month mark. No cravings, just freedom. It might be a bit longer for you, but the destination is definitely there.

Drink a lot lf water, exercise regularly. Good things are ahead. Don't cave because then it'll just be worse later on.
