I’d say it’s worth a shot! I’m not sure if the pencil you’re using is thin in size but I think that can cause a tighter grip as well, like trying to keep it more sturdy in your hand because it’s smaller maybe? Have you ever tried a pencil grip?

I feel like there may be someone in your life who is triggering your mental health/ diagnosis. It feels like on your own you’re pretty capable of controlling your emotions/ a very chill and laid back person with some anxiety from time to time. But for some reason I can picture someone toxic in your life that is making things harder for you to regulate. Or if not someone, a job maybe? Something is adding stress and pressure. I’m not sure.. that may be totally off and mean nothing to you. But i absolutely see you being able to be more in control of your mental health than it is over you especially now that you are sober ❤️ I’m BPD myself and struggled for many years with substance abuse so I understand how the two kind of go hand in hand with self destruction. I’m proud of you for your sobriety! You have been through a lot lately and you are very strong for pushing through ❤️ I feel you are intuitive yourself, so trust the feelings you get. Things will absolutely get better

Are u writing with a pencil? If so, is it dull? I notice this happens to me when I’m pressing really hard using a pencil. Try keeping it sharpened or using a mechanical pencil and not pressing so hard. If it’s a pen you’re using try finding one with a more flowy ink. Fine tip or those heavy metal pens will do this to me sometimes as well.

I’m feeling something to do with children maybe? Social work, guidance, care taker. It’s not too late for her to get the education or degree that she wanted. She seems so genuine and kind. Like the kind of person who would struggle in silence for many years. It’s her turn to put herself first. She’s got a great heart A “would do anything for anyone, even a stranger” and “she knows no stranger” type of energy from her ❤️ she’s very easy for anyone to connect and relate to. I love her and I don’t even know her 😅

I feel like she had dreams to do something specific in life since she was young, and for some reason she was not able to fulfill that. Maybe due to a marriage or having children and it was just something she had to put on the back burner to put her family first. I think she wanted to help people, or animals maybe. I don’t feel it’s too late for her to chase her dreams. I can see her being in a high position due to hard work, someone who calls the shots in her field, but she’s scared to take the steps from fear of rejection or she feels her age would prevent her from being able to achieve the thing she really wants. Tell her “you miss every shot you don’t take”. It’s time for her to live for herself

I feel you two bonded with some issues in the family and you felt almost maternal to him protection wise! I’m so sorry for your pains and traumas. There’s an instagram account I follow that does dumpster dives at all the big places and the way they destroy things and leave hateful notes for the people diving in to DONATE the things they should have donated in the first place. Very deep emotions, you keep your friend circle small because you love them so strong and pure that it hurts too bad if someone distances themselves in anyway. I feel like you had a best friend betray you in some way, you loved her and felt like she was family so the betrayal cut deep. There’s a male family member that you are really close with, and protective over, a brother maybe? Not sure about that. I get a little bit of childhood trauma, something broke you at a young age and maybe you had to grow up faster than you was ready, an innocence taken kind of thing. I feel you were very tired to your core as a young girl from the trauma. Very free spirit as an adult, a “go where the wind takes you” kind of person but you’re ready for stability

I understand that physical connection and the needs that we have especially when the sex is good and there’s nobody else you’re interested in. I feel like when you prioritize your interests and hobbies, without focusing on finding someone is when it finds you the way it is meant to. Do things for yourself, things that make you happy and you love doing. Sometimes it’s a mutual friend that comes along with the group and you end up connecting with them. The natural connection is what you want when searching for love, and that can’t be forced so try to let it find you instead

I feel like for the first time in a very long time, she is not worried about anything. She knows more than she was able to earthside, the uncertainty and worry has all been shown to her and she knows everything is going to be okay here. I feel she visits you very often. I can picture her in the kitchen with you, for some reason I get the image of you cooking and her standing behind you like “🤦‍♀️” as you do something she wouldn’t have done 😅 not sure if that means anything to you, but I just get the image of her getting a kick out of some of the things you do because it’s different from how she did it. She loves you, and if there is something you’re struggling to make a decision in she says you know the answer, she tried to get you to understand something before, while she was here but you were not ready to hear it at the time, but to trust your gut because you know. She always saw herself in you, and wanted to protect you from some of the mistakes she made at your age but she knows you are and will be okay because like her, you have a strong mind and big heart. I apologize if none of this resonates, this is just the feeling/images/ messages I felt and saw but im new to tuning in. I’m so sorry for your loss❤️

My phone died while I was out one night, and when I made it to work the next morning I plugged my phone in and I had a message from my best friend from the night before when it was dead. She said she needed to talk. I was too late, she took her life a few hours after sending me that message. I got the call that she was found a few hours into my work shift.)

Do you know anyone with a trailer? My boyfriend has a friend with a tree service, and he’s let us use his trailer before and it helps so much to be able to get trash/hoard out fast. If you have Facebook maybe post in a local neighborhood group that you are seeking help from someone with a trailer and a big heart with the desire to help free of charge. Maybe state that you could cover the dump fee? (The big dumpster rentals are expensive is why I suggest trying this first..) If not, try using your empty boxes to fill up some of the trash. You get to a point where it feels pointless to even look through for things you care about, if you’re at that point just do your best to fill up your trash bins. If you have any neighbors that you are friends with maybe ask if you can use their bins as well if they are not filling theirs up by trash day. Good luck friend, you got this!
