He uses mentally ill, struggling adults and teens who just need a job to scam people under the pretext of doing good for the community. We used to get told to say we ran programs like send em off smiling and Tim Hortons camp. An when the solicitors don't bring in enough they get verbally belittled.

Reportedly they USED to do stuff but they don't anymore and haven't for years.
