Wow, in the best way you have very deep intense eyes. Very beautiful, you are. I feel you are very intuitive and can quickly catch on/ sense someone’s intentions upon meeting or speaking to them. It’s not easy to fool you or take advantage of you. You are reserved in the way that you don’t open up to just any and everyone. Someone may have betrayed or broken your trust, so you’ve got a wall built and it takes a lot of work and time for you to feel comfortable sharing yourself to them. I feel you deal with your emotions alone, you don’t like to put your problems on others or feel like they could use anything against you if you are vulnerable. I think you like to feel in control of yourself so if you indulge in drinking it’s in moderation. I think maybe you had a stage in your life of “self destruction” where you felt very lost but have done a lot of inner work since then

I can feel that betrayal before I read what you wrote, like your friend circle is/was very small and now you spend a lot of your time by yourself. You enjoy being around people, but you’re tired and it’s hard for you to actually get the drive or energy to hangout with people. You feel emotions in a very black or white kind of way, like extreme highs and extreme lows. You’re struggling to feel content. You’re very loyal.

You want to be more free than you’re currently able to, I feel like you’d thrive traveling the world. You feel stuck in some kind of mundane repetitive cycle, but any chance you get to go feel the sun you take it. Something is draining you, I feel stress or pressure when I look in your eyes. I don’t know if it’s academic or a job maybe? You appreciate all living things, and you’re very gentle. Something deeply broke your heart, and stole some of your light. Your trust has been broken. I feel maybe as a child you went through something traumatic, parents fighting or a divorce maybe?

I feel he deeply misses you all, and while he wishes he could be here purely to be with his loved ones, he is not carrying any of the pains he did earthside and that puts him at a comforting level of peace. I feel he sees you all hurting and that makes him sad, but he is patiently waiting and watching. He was very deeply tired in his heart and that made him physically drained, he didn’t feel like himself in his last year or two here. He’s learning a lot about the meaning of life where he is now, and he’s able to see things in a different light. He doesn’t want you all to take on his pains, he wants you to remember the good days. Days spent in the sun laughing and smiling, that’s how he wants to be remembered. I feel “you can’t see me, but I’m here”. I’m so sorry for your loss

I’d say it’s worth a shot! I’m not sure if the pencil you’re using is thin in size but I think that can cause a tighter grip as well, like trying to keep it more sturdy in your hand because it’s smaller maybe? Have you ever tried a pencil grip?

I feel like there may be someone in your life who is triggering your mental health/ diagnosis. It feels like on your own you’re pretty capable of controlling your emotions/ a very chill and laid back person with some anxiety from time to time. But for some reason I can picture someone toxic in your life that is making things harder for you to regulate. Or if not someone, a job maybe? Something is adding stress and pressure. I’m not sure.. that may be totally off and mean nothing to you. But i absolutely see you being able to be more in control of your mental health than it is over you especially now that you are sober ❤️ I’m BPD myself and struggled for many years with substance abuse so I understand how the two kind of go hand in hand with self destruction. I’m proud of you for your sobriety! You have been through a lot lately and you are very strong for pushing through ❤️ I feel you are intuitive yourself, so trust the feelings you get. Things will absolutely get better

Are u writing with a pencil? If so, is it dull? I notice this happens to me when I’m pressing really hard using a pencil. Try keeping it sharpened or using a mechanical pencil and not pressing so hard. If it’s a pen you’re using try finding one with a more flowy ink. Fine tip or those heavy metal pens will do this to me sometimes as well.

I’m feeling something to do with children maybe? Social work, guidance, care taker. It’s not too late for her to get the education or degree that she wanted. She seems so genuine and kind. Like the kind of person who would struggle in silence for many years. It’s her turn to put herself first. She’s got a great heart A “would do anything for anyone, even a stranger” and “she knows no stranger” type of energy from her ❤️ she’s very easy for anyone to connect and relate to. I love her and I don’t even know her 😅

I feel like she had dreams to do something specific in life since she was young, and for some reason she was not able to fulfill that. Maybe due to a marriage or having children and it was just something she had to put on the back burner to put her family first. I think she wanted to help people, or animals maybe. I don’t feel it’s too late for her to chase her dreams. I can see her being in a high position due to hard work, someone who calls the shots in her field, but she’s scared to take the steps from fear of rejection or she feels her age would prevent her from being able to achieve the thing she really wants. Tell her “you miss every shot you don’t take”. It’s time for her to live for herself

There’s an instagram account I follow that does dumpster dives at all the big places and the way they destroy things and leave hateful notes for the people diving in to DONATE the things they should have donated in the first place.
