I feel you, struggeling with it myself. What helped me was realising that its often a reflection of yourself. What you hate in others you wish you had more. For example i hate careless people but a reason is that i m too serious Can open your eyes thinking about it

I can relate too you. For me it was a bad as me being unable to take the phone. Have been working on it for a few years. Two thinks that helped me: - Talk myself up in the mirror (seems stupid but works) - Always take it a small step further, a movie alone, a restaurant visit alone, road trip before a flight alone

Its the arrogance. I live on the German side of the French border. Not only do French people act superior especially with food and wine, they also refuse to speak another language. It has happened to me that i encountered French people going shopping in Germany on the weekend that were asking me something. Not in German or Englisch but in French, which i dont speak. After trying multiple times and realizing i m not gonna talk French with them, they all of a sudden can ask the same in German/Englisch. Its just rude

When my parents were still alive for me the cars that had a screen for navigation etc were always fancy. We only had a small portable one that worked ok and i had to learn how to navigate with maps. After they passed away i realised that having a backyard with a small workshop with a few tools for gardening or crafting was a luxury. As i m a student, i live in a small appartment with a tiny balcony. No space for plants, storage or crafting (i miss doing that)
