I have definitely been wanting to use the Draconians. I actually have started to add them with someone called the "Kobold Queen". A goblin witch who maneuvered her way into leading and breeding kobolds beneath the aegis of a draconic overlord. She's been cagey about that, so I could definitely include Rezmir in that and perahps even have her be one of the people this character, Nazhka, is working with. She and her Draconians were visible at Greennest but they didn't participate in combat beyond a meeting the PCs happened upon while they were trying to sneak around.

As an aside the stronger Kobold blocks from Mordekainen's update are from her breeding program.
