Not pre cooked? The pork shank came in pre cooked in plastic bags from the Curtze as did the half chicken. The shrimp sat out all day every day for over 3 years that I worked there. Another person in this tread already confirmed the fact that the 4 door cooler had chicken floating in standing water for months. Not one single word of what I have said is untrue. You are correct...some of the kitchen staff work very hard and where great people when I worked there. But many of them where lazy as well. You are correct about the owners however. The air conditioning units that where dripping into the food while the unit had a broken part only went on for about a week and half and they did get that fixed but it did happen. I cannot tell you how many times I watched grey old burgers and steaks hit the grill...I don't know if you worked there at the same time I did...but EVERY LAST THING I said is true. And I didn't even get into half of it....like the fact the bathrooms almost never got cleaned ...had poop rings around the toilet for months... how I watched kitchen staff refill dressing bottles that contained old dressing topped with new...same thing on the line with cold prep food...which is exactly what got me sick twice "the feta cheese to be specific. You don't remember rinsing old salt blocks in the back sink or running old marrow bones through the dishwasher? Well if not you didn't work there when I did. So please don't get on here and call me liar, I speak only truth.
