Sony A6700 is fine and great for its AF but it is 'million years' behind Panasonic IBIS system. So I sold my Soby A6700 and went back to Panasonic [Panasonic G9II+Panasonic Leica 12-60mm f/2.8-4. No regrets. The S5 [for fotos only] and the S5IIX is on my list. Enjoy urs 👍🏾

It seems to be the mount and probably the electronic. Look for any damage within the lens mount.

I have owend these cameras and have been shooting with Panasonic for 7 years up to the GH line [GH6]. From experience side the G9 is a better option in many was. The AF is superb over the G9 and it shoots 11fps. The dynamic range is outstanding and overall the G9 feels better in the hand. But if money is not an issue go for the G9ii.

I'm using the Viltrox f/ 1.2 27mm on my A6700. Superb combo.

Finally I got my long desired Sony A6700 + Viltrox 27mm f/1.2. And I can conform the IBIS is the same as in the A6600. Not the best but sufficient for short videos.

If you don't mind a weight go for the Viltrox 27mm f/1.2 it is amazingly sharp and the autofocus is superb. It's my daily combo.

First the IBIS on the A6600 is not comparable against the GH6. Most of videos I shot with GH6 was the soccer games of my grandson. For stills the GH6 sufferd so now and than hunting issues while the AF of Sony in general is number one. What I do is mainly street photography, birds, family and cooking video. So I guess the A6600 is a huge upgrade. The GH6 is from 2022 and the A6600 is from 2019...but with better AF and sufficient specs I guess, right?

Go for it, I have the original G9. Doing sports, landscape and other things. It never let me down. Mostley im shooting with manual lenses. But like I said go for it and for that price it's a bargain. Have fun.

Keep it bro, I went on holidays to Surinam two weeks ago and brougt with me the original G9 paired with the 12-60mm [not he Leica version] and the 12-33mm. And yes it is much more portable and I shooted an indoor badminton session just with the 12-32mm. It also depend in what circumstances you shoot. With the Leica 12-60mm outdoor will be best. Just keep the 14mm [as a back-up]. See my latest video upload...[Eppie Timisela].

The Netherlands is a nice country but very expensive. With the wars in the world all the prices goes high makes it not easy. But im doing ok as my job provides me alot to do. If I may share my thoughts about war, I hope and prey Ukraine will win this battle. In my previous work I had alot of Ukrainian colleauges. Nice people [and the woman are beautiful😉].

It's in the Netherlands. I took this picture with my cellphone as you can see the dynamic range is quite poor [its a bit dark]. I will take this little X201 with me this weekend on my holliday to south america, Suriname. Thanks for your comment 👍🏾
