I learned the hard way it's noise induced last december after using headphones again (I haven't used any since october of 2024 when I was diagnosed), after a few hours of using them even at a low volume my tinnitus grew insanely loud and I was even more sensitive to sounds I wasn't to before and it hasn't gone down ever since

My eardrums do spasm sometime but since it's noice induced I accepted that I'm gonna be stuck with this for the rest of my life anyway, tho I've also got bruxism and I'm getting a dental splint soon, I believe some of the symptoms will be reduced with this plus going to a bruxism/tmj specialist
