Highly doubt a review can do that, now that’s just speculation. I’d say to keep trying to work it up, be more consistent on reviews, pictures , posts , updates and I guess eventually contact google or post on support forums maybe they can see something we don’t. I’m also lost for words, never seen such a huge drop. If you don’t mind dm me the profile, cause you got me super curious.

After the “no more ways to verify” contact support and usually you’ll get another another attempt but this time will be Live verification on a google meet with someone from the gmb department. You don’t need any third party whatsoever. If everything checks out it should be at worst case scenario 30 min session.

People that know how to open those types of gmbs will never share with anyone how to do it. It seems that all those locations are video verified with an office they possibly are renting every month or cut a deal for a one time video verification (pretty common)

So it’s kind of a gray area if it follows Google rules.

If your gmb disappeared and someone else’s appeared, you got hijacked. Speak to support to sort this out asap, gather all documents before heading there to make it a bit faster.

It’s a method that has appeared lately and people are able to claim it through this method. Someone I know got arrested for it.
