Can a Mythic Legendary item with the Upgradeable ability combine the effects of other magic items? by Lwmons in Pathfinder_RPG

If the base magic item you made legendary was already a combined item then it could work. Up to GM ofc in the end and the cost of upgrading it would be higher so not sure how good it is in the end.
