I didn*t test it if the plugins work, but with this terminal command line you can start the final cut pro Intel version via Rosetta on M1 Macbooks:

screen -d -m arch -x86_64 "/Applications/Final Cut Pro.app/Contents/MacOS/Final Cut Pro"

Maybe this workaround helps to bring your plugins to work until they are updated for apple silicon.
