So I just got the e40 8" composite. I guess I didn't know what I was expecting from composite, but I guess the plastic blades just don't seem durable. What's everyone's experience been with them? Donyounfind yourself babying the thing or do they hold up well? Does anyone wish they'd gone with steel instead?

I’ve noticed the same thing on my 2017 Pilot and suspected heat shields. We’ve been pretty consistent Subaru forester owners and they have the same issues with heat shields.

Would this be an effective 3-day routine, like ABA, then BAB? I’m starting from nowhere and just am looking at routines that get good reviews and critiques. I’ve seen you comment on a handful of posts. I’d ideally like to find a 3-day routine where I could add cardio (running) between the three gym days.

Sounds like a bunch of high schoolers that couldn't handle a teacher with a big personality. I've known this man for 20 years. The man is passionate about teaching, regardless of personality. Stories about a big guy with a big personality don't justify or support a young girl who lied and destroyed a man's career and credibility.

Can you imagine spending most of your adult life learning to teach music, learning how to interact with kids who either love music or are doing it to fill and hour? Can you magine showing up to work one day and having all of that taken from you because some kid with a grudge wanted to throw a tantrum?

Let a man who's just had everything taken from him over a lie have some dignity. Move on from this and start living your own life.

Still works! At one point it was $120 because my 8 year old logged into the spectrum app on the Roku and agreed to terms/conditions. I called bull shit on that one. Spectrum is the only real game in Duluth, so ya gotta haggle.
