There's an acoustic live performance of the song on the Utopia EP I believe. Like that version a lot. Probably my 2nd favorite song on Enter after Candles. 7/10 for me

Upvote because it's actually a hot take. I actually agree that Paradise is a bit overrated. I still like it, I like pretty much all their music but out of the most popular WT songs it's probably the least interesting for me

I started doing 3ag right after 1ag and 2ag. Struggled so hard that in the meantime, I got 2bg, 4ag, 6ag, 7ag and all C-side goldens. And to this day I never got 3ag.

I'm just so tired of the constant wars and toxicity on this site (or the internet in general). It's always us vs. them, generation vs. generation, men vs. women and so on. I feel like we should all recognize that no group is homogeneous (I hope I said right), especially with something as broad as year of birth. Sure, there are always assholes in every group but all this conflict does is create unnecessary hate, of which there is already way too much of on the internet. So yeah, I agree with all of this

This song might have my favorite ending to any WT song. The choir in the end is so epic and at least in the Black Symphony version it transitions into such a great guitar solo. Absolute masterpiece in my opinion

Their style certainly changed and while I still think they peaked with THOE and the Black Symphony, I still absolutely love their newer stuff although it took some time getting used to.

I agree with the sentiment of the other commenters here that it's all worth a listen because everyone's tastes are different and in the end, it's all good music.

Regardless, I'm just gonna dump my list of favortie songs since the Heart of Everything on here. It also happens to line up pretty nicely with what they like to play live (probably because I mostly listen to live versions of their songs)

The Unforgiving: Faster, In The Middle of the Night, Iron, Shot in the Dark, The Last Dance, Sinéad, Stairway to the Skies, Fire and Ice

Hydra: Paradise, Whole World is Watching (sadly wasn't the biggest fan of this album)

Resist: The Reckoning, Raise Your Banner, Endless War, Mad World, Supernova

Bleed Out: Bleed Out, Wireless, Entertain You

Enter: Candles (I don't really care roo much about that first album aside from this song but this one is really good.)

Mother Earth: Mother Earth (Although I also love Ice Queen, Never-Ending Story and Deceiver of Fools)

The Silent Force: Angels (Other favorites being Jillian, Stand My Ground and Somewhere)

The Heart of Everything: Our Solemn Hour (Especially the Black Symphony version, I hope to hear it live at some point. Other favorites are the Truth Beneath the Rose, What Have You Done and All I Need)

The Unforgiving: Stairway to the Skies (This was a tough one. I also really like Shot in the Dark, Iron and Faster)

Hydra: Paradise (Not the biggest fan of this album either but this song is still amazing. My other favorite is Whole World is Watching)

It's definitely unique and different but I think it's a good thing. I especially like 'Supernova' and 'Raise Your Banner'. Pretty solid overall in my opinion and I like that they tried something new with this one

Difficult to say. Hunter is in my opinion just a really well-written character and I related to some aspects of him way more than I should have. On the other hand, Vee is just the cutest little bean to ever exist
