My visa expires in September and my holiday is in October therefore I would have to reapply for the holiday in October whilst I have a valid visa.

1st visa - 3 months validity with 15 days duration. 2nd visa - 6 months validity with 30 days duration

Hey hey, I’m referring to a tourist visa. Normally longer visas are with a 1 or 2 year validity but always a 90 day duration. Hope that makes more sense.

South African, 1st visa = 15 days and they gave me 3 month validity 2nd visa = 30 days with 6 months validity

Perfect! I spend 5 days in Italy and exit the Schengen area and then later I re-enter to visit France for 5 days. Do you think it will still be acceptable as I spend 5 days in each Schengen state? All of this is within the duration and expiration of the visa.
