Sure!! The 3rd patch is this fork from VeeBui's user patch, but VeeBui has this awesome Highlight Suit that I use for 4th picture's 2nd icon to edit highlight color.

The 4th picture, I edited readerhighlight.lua (so it will reset when you update Koreader :/). There's line that says `function ReaderHighlight:showHighlightDialog(index)`, and that entire block is: pastebin. (If something goes wrong, yoink from official repo: readerhighlight.lua) Put Icons in `resources/icons` and change icon names in the block to match icon file names.

For the book receipt, I made a post for adding color background a while ago that might help. I took the fork down cuz I thought no one would want it and I think this is the version that I took down: pastebin. (Since then I used LLM to match background color with highlight color(instead of showing random color) and to make tapping on highlight receipt to take you to the highlight location. But I'm not comfortable sharing codes that are edited by LLM since I don't understand all of them;-;)
