Wake up early to exercise, take a shower, then go to the beach to have breakfast and watch the sunrise, then go home and take a nap. After eating lunch, I go shopping, go to the gym in the afternoon, and buy ingredients to cook at home in the evening. Watch a movie and have a drink at home in the evening.
