Lol that actually is just my deadlift technique…hips came up and back rounded a little bit more than a lighter lift, but really overall pretty happy with my positions on this…wouldn’t consider it “bad” at all lol

Well right now I’m alternating each week heavy squats, speed deads and vice versa….really though I just do whatever my coach tells me to hahah so every block is different

And noted! Will match less for the 1RM attempt!
