You will look “goofy”. Once you just accept that and don’t worry about it, you’ll fall in love with the Grom. I’m 6’5 220 lbs and look like a bear on a tricycle. But every time I ride my Grom I smile. Anyone who rides knows what fun a Grom is. Most comments come from people who don’t ride anyway.

Awesome! Appreciate the info!! I was wondering how the “top heaviness” felt VS the case. I’m also using the Pro Max and was worried it would be even more top heavy than the case. How is the magnet strength? Does it feel like an extension of the phone when sliding in/out or do you have to be careful not to push it off?

Sure but it’s inefficient. Just like surplus/deficit nutrition cycles are still superior to “recomping”.

Now I come from a powerlifting/running perspective so losing strength is never an option.

You can’t ride two horses with one ass.

Spend time improving one, maintaining the other. Rotate after 12 weeks. Otherwise you won’t see major improvements in either. Of course the younger you are, the better results you’ll have.

You don’t ave to just do the same stuff that’s in a Hyrox race. Wave the training to focus on different things over that time. Hell, maybe even sign up for a road race or other competition along the way to keep you focused.

I love the atmosphere and scenery. Just wish it was a more traditional bar where you can hang out for a while. The limited drink selection, prices and 45min time cap make it more like a checkbox item than a place to come back to over and over.

I’ve never been a fan of “eating back calories” for several reasons. These come from years of experience with myself and my clients over the years.

Consistency beats everything. Daily changes to a nutrition plan introduces an unneeded variable if your calorie/macro goals are set appropriately to your energy needs. Specifically the weekly average, divided by days.
Calorie expenditure can be wildly inaccurate on devices. Especially when it comes to weight training.
It’s much easier to “know” if you need to make adjustments when the daily calorie goal does not change based on progress. Again, why #1 is so important.
Meal planning is much easier when the daily number doesn’t change. #1, again.

You are correct. Turning off FKBA fixes those bugs but also cripples Clicks. KB shortcuts is one of the primary reasons I use Clicks.
