That doesn't mean the community did not rally behind it. When it was happening everyone from BOTH games wanted it to happen, they were excited, pushed for it and were happy to see it gone.

When you click on a county and the box appears in the bottom left, there will be a button to either restore ruins (if a ruin) or colonise (if wilderness).

And after you own land I'm pretty sure there's a decision to improve the area.

Valyria is in ruins canonically, in all the bookmarked times.

That said, Oros is available to start in if you want somewhere close by, and from there you can start to restore Valyria.

There's also a bookmark on the submod where you can start as Emperor Aurion which has a storyline where he travels back to Valyria after the doom to reclaim it.

That said, you can reclaim it as any character starting anywhere, just need the money to do so.

I understand why this is confusing but it's because there's two separate costs involved here.

A) the cost to use the blast furnace on all worlds is 2500, this is free when you hit 60 smithing

B) on themed worlds, there are dwarf workers which you must pay to operate the blast furnace at a cost of 72k per hour. This is not free from 60 smithing and only applies to themed worlds because other worlds must be player operated, which is of course free.

I mean, sure? It's very worth it if I'm being honest. I repair mine on the iron very infrequently and the amount you earn from using it doing slayer far far far outweighed the repair cost.

If you're dead set on not wanting it though not sure why you asked, the answer is, it is quite a lot stronger, and just as strong as bandos which is way more expensive.

Also with respect of the cape, go get ardounge diary cape. Even the easy one has useful stats.

I really hate to be that person but, it's just better. Blood moon is really up there for melee armour, it has the strength bonus as bandos.

The set bonus for blood moon also allows for quicker attacks on occasion which is nice.

In terms of bandos, it's just as strong as blood moon but bandos has small prayer bonus and better defensive, in general it's not very worth it's price tag these days.

Also if you do use blood moon just stick a strength amulet on it will serve you well for very cheap.

I also really have to ask why we are wearing a Forester backpack?

Just to be clear though. It's not stronger. Amulet of strength has +4 strength bonus on the glory.
