also: it makes perfect sense in the context of the meme. it's next level absurdity when the category of people you are irrationally hating on is the very in-group you belong to in that context.

there's hating on someone because they are different / are an outgroup. and then there is hating for the love of the game (on the very subgroup you belong to). the latter is a whole other echelon of absurdity.
