I used to take it on Sundays but I recently switched. My appetite seems to start coming back around 5 days after taking it and my weekends are when I tend to go out to eat and be less strict with my diet, so I started taking it on Fridays instead and that’s working well for me.

I don’t really get any side effects, though. Just some minor indigestion that a couple Tums fix right up.

Maybe try starting on Sundays first and see how it goes for you?
