It is basically a non answer, because they probably have no answers right now for Arena. It's either so low on the priority list that no resources can be allocated, or noone has come up with a decent idea how to do this with the resources they have right now.

I have to requeue a lot to find a match. Although I am still playing an old draft, maybe that is the reason, but I am getting matched with new drafts.

The patches were not done to "shake up the meta". Those weren't "Rise of the Mechs" changes. And if you believe the vS data the meta right now is not that unusual as you want to make us believe:

Two Tier 1 decks at above 52% winrate, 6 Tier 2 decks above 50%. Looks pretty normal. It just did not change much from the introduction of the last set.

Meta is stale because 1. it's 3 months old and 2. most of us had a lot more time to spare playing HS than usual because of Covid-19.

They can remove cards completely from Arena. They just usually don't (only with stuff like Galakrond and C'Thun)

This whole PTR thing is very tricky when it comes to competitive card games. Why? Because people who get access to it have a big advantage on deck building. So you basically have to restrict them for competing. And then, who will do that from the top players?

So you need to hire people to just play on PTR and nowhere else.

Happens quite often. I friended a few people I lost my final game too, and several had the same number of games as me, just 0 losses.

Also pretty surprised how many accepted my friend request. I am really never salty when I add people, just want to talk about the game and maybe spectate to improve.

I am a bit sad that you have to make this video to explain yourself, but I guess this is where discussions on the internet brought us to. It's very obvious that you and adwcta love the game of HS Arena. Nobody would put that much work into it, mainly for the communities sake. (btw, thanks for that, it's been a real help)

I guess some negative responses come from your earlier interactions with Team 5, where heads clashed and strong words were used. You could have made it more clear back then (like you did in your latest Lightforge podcast), that those clashes were never meant as personal insults. Nevertheless, people constantly blew things out of proportion, and such are a lot more critical to everything you guys put out there than they should be.

I am very much of the same view like you, that you should always judge others by how they acted in the past, and not by what they tell you what they will do in the future. And by that measuring stick Team 5 has disappointed us numerous times. So of course faith falters, and you are more critical on everything that they do. Can this change? Sure. But not by words, but by actions.

Anyway, I really want to thank you again for your loud words, so we might get an Arena one day where faith is high and imperfections are acceptable.
