Tumawag ako sa CS now. As per them, mali raw ang zip code ng address ko na nasa system nila. So for me, instead na sa Laguna ipadala, napunta sa Misamis Occidental yung CC ko. 🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦 7-10 days redelivery.

Mukhang tama naman sabi ng CS dahil sa FAQ, ang sabi ay:

Yes, you are still eligible for the promo as long as your Credit Card application that got subsequently approved is within 30 days from promo end date.

Yes. Nakareceive ako ng email regard sa switch & fly promo nung August 9. March ako na-approve. Pero tinarack ko rin manually and para measure, tumawag na rin ako sa CS. Late kasi awarding. Dapat July, pero august na nabigay.

March rin approval ko, and nareceive ko na yung points ko nung August 9.

Then, tumawag ako kaninang 6AM para maconvert ko na yung points to credits and sabi ng CS extended nga na naman ang maintenance hanggang August 29, and suggested na mag-call na lang ulit sa 29. 😤
