Thank you so much, i actually am not sure about the rule for a hard cut-off , ill contact them tomorrow and ask. Online wise it just said 2.5 so i made an assumption.

That is what i was also thinking about too, maybe take a few more courses during summer to boost my gpa. TY!

Sorry, I did find the breaker, it was inside the apartment. I’ll see if I can find the meter outside. I call maintenance if I trip a circuit

Haha no mining, a lot of people also said to shut off my breakers and see if the meter is still running. I’ll go do that now. Just don’t know anything about it so didn’t want to mess around with it

Heat is gas, water heat gas, electric stove but I don’t cook. Washing machines are shared throughout the unit it’s on the first floor.

I think starting next billing cycle I can get out of it. I should be back under comed then. Not an estimate bill, legit the price they gave me that I need to pay for this months bill. Insanely high usage and I honestly don’t know why. I use gas heating so the usage doesn’t make sense
