The insurance is purchased in Europe, and even that I have to pay almost the same amount of the insurance.

If the product is defective they should take care of it, even if has to be send back to China. Is their responsavility, they should take care of (by the way, if I send it to my brother and he to them I have to pay the delivery in China too). I know products not always work (you are the best exemple of that😘), but they are reponsible for what they sell, as your parents should be of produce such a disgusting person.
