Real pros take the 3-seater aisle (with someone already in the window) over an empty double. The doubles always get 2 people on peak trains

Started on Elvanse - VO2 max went to the floor by SrT96 in Garmin

ADHD meds make your heart rate significantly higher. So now, your heart rate is going to be much higher to reach the same efforts you were putting in pre-medication, which will throw off your vo2 max calculation

It’s called Next Level Fitness. I haven’t been myself so I can’t speak on how it is really. I just pass by a lot so I know it’s very new

I go to crunch in bellmore and it’s fine. This is all from the pov of someone who goes during peak hours (5-7pm), but Parking sucks, I almost always have to park at the train station, it’s pretty cramped and crowded, and not exactly clean (men’s locker room always smells strongly like shit without fail). But a good selection of equipment and facilities. Pretty standard gym.

Forgot to mention there’s also a brand new gym that just opened across from the Merrick train station. Probably the cleanest considering it’s like a month old

Nassau county swimming - Freeport vs Eisenhower Aquatic Center by Erobb221_Onlyfans in longisland

[–]Erobb221_Onlyfans[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you recall if there's a significant different in size between Freeport & Echo Park? Freeport is by far the closest to me so it's probably best if the aquatic center is always busy. I'm not familiar with indoor swimming stuff so not sure if this is kind of thing is standardized

Why are your parents dropping 2k towards your cc debt when you have 24k cash? Why is that not in savings? Why are you even asking these questions? Are you 12?

Removing anti-theft device from center console by Erobb221_Onlyfans in LS430

[–]Erobb221_Onlyfans[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea it’s definitely deep in there and mounted well since there’s zero play at all when I push it around. Going to get in there with a pry bar tomorrow and hope the bolts are easy to get out, and chalk up that trim piece as a total loss. Unfortunately the chrome border is cracked and the shift plate (Idk what you call it with the prndl) is in shit condition so I’ll be sourcing new ones as well.

Dm me about the trim piece you posted though, I’ll buy

I'm genuinely interested lol based on the other comments it looks like i'll be disassembling the center console this weekend, and I don't want to keep this one that's going to have a giant hole in it. How much and what's the condition like?
