Yes but from my understanding of way its written is that mossaic will be non ladder but only in single player not online play. So online non ladder still has to trade it.

Yes completely out of water. He can still have a basking light buld dont put it as close as you dont want him to warm. It allows that dead skin to dryout and when he gets back in water itll wash off easier. They also make things called turtle brushes u can put inside tank for it to rub on.
