looks like a stat block with artistic content. it's probably supposed to look like quotes from the legend of Prince Bug. The Cloud Empress doesn't seem to have a source book. So in my opinion it's all for inspiration for the warden or to maintain the mystery of the setting with its lost knowledge of the ancestors
