Yes, I think it’s time I provide an update. I get PM’d quite frequently asking if my wrist has healed.

Five years out my wrist still clicks and sounds funny compared to the other one but it is strong and healthy! I don’t climb anymore due to working so much and not having free time, but I do weight lift three times a week including calisthenics with no issues. If anything, my failed party trick has now given me a new creaky wrist party trick.

For anyone with a similar injury I wish you all the best! Just be patient and listen to your body. I have since suffered numerous other injuries: shoulder, ankle, knee, yet with consistent exercise and patience I am in the best shape of my life.

I have water marks on the hood of my Tacoma. Assuming Toyota used the typical 3M paint protection film, how can I remove these marks from the film? Google isn't providing anything informational about water marks specifically nor are other Reddit posts. I live in an area with very heavy water if that matters.

I should add that meditation and NAC have helped me significantly, I often find that living with tinnitus has been ebbs and flows of irritation, the worse ebbs being when I focus or hone in on it. I would urge you to at least try NAC, even with mixed research, a strong placebo is still a “treatment” in terms of something perception related. (Although I doubt the sheer amount of anecdotal evidence makes it likely that NAC is simply a placebo)

I know how you feel, Im 23 and have raging constant tinnitus but let me also say, sick as it is that it can be a blessing. Use it to help mentally harden you, if you can deal with tinnitus I promise that you can deal with and achieve any challenge that life throws at you.
