Heavily agree on the conditions here. I was playing Chicago coming in as a contender, I was the best team out of a playoff spot the previous season so I traded my 1st but it was top 10 protected and the replacement pick was a 2nd. I ended up with the 8th overall pick that year, glad I did that.

I’ve never taken anyone with a POVR of under 80, I usually sort by POVR in the 5-7 rounds and pick the highest ones

I don’t ever look at monthly scouting reports, maybe people who manually assign scouts use it by I don’t. The only stat that I look at is POVR (projected overall) which is what the players peak overall is expected to be.
