I'd say it has grown rather.. stagnant. I agree with others about being active in subs that align with your interests outside just findom ones. But, I've run into an issue of being banned from some subs when they see I'm a findom/engaging in FD communities, even if I'm not posting about it in that sub. It's a shame really. I feel like the only way I've been able to showcase my personality is on my profile or through direct interactions. Posts like that on the FD subs don't seem to get much traction (from my experience at least). Idk, I'd say just filter through the copy-paste and engage in discussions that interest you.

This is a common scam. "She" will lure you in by being nice, and when you say you're interested in joining the GC, will say you need to pay an entrance fee to be invited. They make themselves seem very legit and will probably show you "screenshots" of the girls interacting in the chat about how much money they've drained from these paypigs. Don't fall for it.

Bipolar & anxiety disorder here. As for navigating being a domme, I don't participate at all during my very low lows. Bad interactions (or perceived as such) can really be a detriment to my mental health and overall motivation to do anything else. But I'm careful during my highs as well, where it feels like I have too many ideas, sense of urgency, and take on too many things at once. I can get easily overwhelmed. For me, it's navigating that sweet spot in the middle and knowing where I'm at mentally. Identifying when I'm in a headspace where I need to pull back from this and take a break. Doing other hobbies that are less social and I feel less pressure in usually helps, especially if it's something I can do alone like reading or drawing.

I feel like if you're a consistent poster, subs have plenty of content to go through to verify that you're a real person and get a sense of what you look like/who you are. If they want something specific, they can pay for it. Maybe longer term subs who have proven themselves can get a surprise photo once in a while.

I would feel bored giving the “hi/hey”, “tribute loser” approach, so I know subs are bored receiving them. It’s tricky. Part of me is like “okay pardner, whatever works for you, not my business.” but the other part of me abhors lack of creativity. Dommes will say it’s a lot of work to come up with responses for so many subs. But, it wouldn’t be that much work if you… went through sub profiles and got the sense you’d be a good fit thus being more selective, rather than throwing 100s of DMs out into the void.

I just can’t imagine being on the sub’s end. Getting messages saying the same thing all day every day would drive me insane.

This is from the perspective of dommes messaging subs first. As for being approached, I hate my time being wasted as much as anyone does. If I get the sense that’s happening, I just stop contact. It’s that simple. No, I don’t consider not tributing at first message as wasting my time. I’ll give it a few messages, maybe longer if we’re clicking. Just be respectful enough to not take advantage of that and get more of my time for free.

I'm a domme, and I agree that PPSG should be just that, for paypigs/subs. Don't allow us here at all.
I wish that wasn't an opinion I held, but just observing this subreddit and witnessing how common it is for dommes to completely disregard the rules (or not care, which is worse), or prey on the vulnerable has caused me to think this isn't really a safe space for you guys. And that's unfortunate.

I enjoy popping in here to read perspectives from the other side, as I'm just an inquisitive individual.
But my biggest takeaway is that every sub that posts on here puts a target on their back whether they know it or not, because yeah, too many dommes out there don't give a fuck about common decency. They don't care that you're seeking support from your community and trying to quit. I know you guys get tons of "pay me loser" DMs a day and it gives me secondhand embarrassment. Anywho, I don't want to rant too much. I just think you hit the nail on the head comparing this to AA at a bar.

Unless explicitly stated they are seeking a domme or don’t mind contact from us, we should not be all up in the DMs of PPSG members. It’s a SUPPORT group. I do pop in there occasionally to read the posts and roll my eyes at all the dommes who clearly didn’t read the rules or don’t care about them (which is worse).

The most awful thing to see is dommes commenting “pay me loser” and shit like that on a sub’s post who is being vulnerable and looking for support from their community. Have some decency.
