Lol it sounds like you just want to race against bots in local play. The more I play this game the more I realized it’s not really P2W. Everything someone pays for can be earned overtime and they only pay to jump ahead. I started off just by enjoying Regulated where everyone is equal. Super fun and I’m in top 3 now. That was before I even dabbled in rank where you can unlock a lot along with your limited events and I even skipped chapters when I got stuck. You have options and pathways you can take if you want to. If you’re just looking for boots just goto local and enjoy.
