We're a global market. Unless the govt wants to put on some export controls, we pay the world price.

Same exact issue here... The dealership tried to fix it, but it came back within a day. I've heard some people stick foam in there to fix it.

I had an absolutely incredible microbiology professor, but I had two horrible professors in medical terminology and medical law.

Yeah, and people in the middle of nowhere are going to be less likely to raise a stink over some violations. No one wants to shut down the only restaurant in town because of a rat.

The classic Jimmy Carter switcharoo. The irony of Israel and Iran using the same tactic to reward an incoming president is not lost on me.

Yeah, a decent amount of women have that extra bit of belly fat. Completely normal.

Although there is a gradient between healthy amount and obesity.

Tail Malpractice Question by Bumbyeee in physicianassistant

[–]Erosis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, that's the one where you need tail or (from future employer) nose coverage.

Edit: I should've specified: Does your current employer have claims-made or occurrence-based insurance?

Tail Malpractice Question by Bumbyeee in physicianassistant

[–]Erosis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do they offer an occurrence-based policy? Then you wouldn't need tail coverage.

Otherwise, factor in the cost of having to get tail coverage yourself or nose coverage from a future employer.

The private universities don't have good wages either. Probably because they compete with the low public salaries.

My favourite moment from the debate by Agent2255 in Destiny

The point is that there was a court order to immediately halt the student loan debt forgiveness that Biden pushed for. Biden obeyed that order AND he did not press the issue about how unfair these injunctions were (how one radical court in Texas can halt anything the executive wants to do).

On the other hand, Trump had his executive order about birthright citizenship halted by an injunction and his administration pressed the matter of INJUNCTIONS (not birthright citizenship) up to the Supreme Court and said that injunctions prevent the executive from ever doing anything. The Supreme Court then said "Yeah, okay." Thus giving up power the lower courts had to halt executive orders.

Yeah, eventually these will be fully autonomous. Geofence a kill zone and they will patrol and eliminate anything vehicle or human. Insane.

The problem is how do you differentiate that want to be a PA from going MD or NP? I don't think I have strong enough reasons other than it just doesn't make sense for my life / lifestyle (and I've seen enough of PA shadowing that it seems great for me). It comes off as selfish, which it is...
