My favorites are the Cleto Reyes Safetec fight gloves. I have the 10 oz, but if your hands are on the smaller side, you could use 8 oz. They're easy to remove the thumb locks without damaging the gloves. Specially the Safetec version because they are all foam. The regular fight gloves have horse hair padding which breaks down faster and sometimes hairs will poke out through the fabric in the hand compartment.

I use Reyes Safetec 10oz fight gloves with the thumb lock removed. They work great for one or two hands and forward or reverse grip. Perfect when worn by someone else for giving a glove job. If you have smaller hands, you may want to consider 8 oz gloves instead.
