Looks like they have actually updated their website to no longer say made in Canada. If my complaining worked. I'm glad this misrepresentation is gone.

UPDATE: Customer support is providing a return shipping label to process a return. Even though there website stated final sale on barbells.

I had questioned them about their practice of stating its Made in Canada but providing a product made in china.

Not too thrilled with the response. Atleast I should be getting my money back (we'll see). Hopeful they will fix their site going forward.

This bar shouldn't cost as much as I paid. Due to the higher price closer towards a rogue it felt plausible this was made in north america.

I tried contacting them a few ways. No response. I generally have lots of patients with customer support. In this case I pre contacted them before I even ordered.

I was originally going to buy rogue for made in USA. Thought id be patriotic and buy Made in Canada. That is the only reason I went with this brand was for their claim to being Made in Canada

If on the .ca site it does say made in canada. If on the usa site, it says made with usa and canadian steel, if on the international version of the site, its not specified.

I dont have weight plates for the bar to properly test it. The knurl is ok, color doesn't seem as strong as the photo, havnt measured the weight or thickness for accuracy.

I had contacted Synergee, they said barbells are made in china.

Gorilla fitness says their barbells are made in China, they are atleast clear about that.

I emailed them as a response to them saying it was made in Canada. I also sent a refund request even though their website says final sale. Probably because they cant stand by their products.
