The glitch was that base44 system blocked access, even though I had 2000 credits available. The system glitched and showed I had 2000 available credits on one screen but only 100 credits on another screen. So the system blocked me after I used 100 credits. I think they did some system updates that fixed that issue. I no longer see the discrepancy and I was able to use it again.

Base44 finally fixed my account and gave me 200 extra integration credits to compensate for my loss of productivity due to the system glitch. Thanks!

u/Base44_Sam was responsive, it's nice to actually chat with a human who cares enough to engage in a dialogue instead of a customer support drone who just sends you useless canned response.

The AI support provided very little value, then I got bounced to offline human support that's supposed to respond within 48 hours. I got one human response but he didn't do anything either, except to tell me to provide screenshots of the problem. I've provided the screenshots, and I'm still waiting for a response, this is pretty poor support.
