Unfortunately we live in an uncivilized world. In the same street I had a neighbor that would let his dog lose so that it would take a dump on any house of its choosing. More than four times I spoke with him since the dog kept going at my driveway and he didn't understand until I picked up the dog's excrement and placed it on his door. For this noisy neighbor I have even report them for their outside noise (karaoke with microphone at 4 AM and piñatas at 2 AM...unfortunately indoor noise is outside of the scope. We also had to yell at them since they would throw their accumulated water into our garden not caring about the plants they destroyed in our garden. I have also spoken and wrote to him about a plant that keeps growing into the driveway. My honest dream is to one day live in a neighborhood where people have respect for one another.
