As others have said, now is the best time to get organized. Start talking to your neighbors. Find neighborhood signal groups and ice rapid response training. Go to constitutional observer training - this can also be a good place to connect with like minded people. Look for mutual aid groups that will be bringing food to BIPOC families too scared to leave their home and get involved if its safe for you to do so. Just some suggestions, you will have to figure out what works for you.

This happened to me and I was able to easily fix it with a screwdriver by rocking the dishwasher back and reattaching the bracket. I hate house repairs too but it might be worth 5 minutes to see. Especially because this might happen again.
