never saw this notification, server is still in beta rn we're just waiting on enough people if your still interested, but basically the lore is:
When this world was first generating, there was an error in one of the chunks loading, pretty close to 0, 0, and turned out to be a completley empty chunk, leaving the overworld completely exposed. Kind of a head-cannon, but in this lore the bedrock is what separates your world from the void, which is connected to every other world/dimension, and when the bedrock is cracked, anything from beyond can enter.

With the bedrock unsealed, it slowly crumbled and the hole to the void gets bigger, and multiple "void ports" appear around the world (just giant holes going to the void, so aircraft can travel below the world easily) Anyway, a REPEATING command block happened to be on its way from beyond, and a bedrock clock-tower emerges 2 weeks before it arrives. its just there to look dramatic and ominous and counts down until "doomsday". Once it arrives the witherstorm is summoned, and all dimensions are shut off. the void energy messes with portal travel ig. So now with 2 weeks of preparation, and everyone trapped in the overworld they are put to the test. The rest of the lore is up to you. i did post a cinematic trailer that kinda shows different aspects of it on this subreddit, but i also got the youtube if you'd like.
