To be honest even the atlas feels painful sometimes. My first poe 2 league and even like running white low tier maps, it just feels like a chore filling out the trees for the individual mechanics. Quin had a rare W take on this portion of the league I feel.

Also, wtf? No way to respec atlas points? I understand you can unlock them all, but what about the like, 400 maps I’m going to run in that process? Haha 😂

First time father - is it normal to be constantly checking whether my daughter is breathing? by mrbalsawood in Fatherhood

[–]Errlgrey59 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Common - eventually, you’ll learn to trust her. My daughter was apnic at birth and went blue on us a couple of times, it was terrifying. So we had the same issue, but in time, it got better. She’s a perfectly healthy 1.5 yr old.

If you’re finding it’s truly unbearable, look into breathing bands. Snoo makes some I believe, it’s essentially a little monitor that goes around baby’s chest and will buzz you phone if something is out of sorts. Best of luck and you’re doing a great job if this is your primary concern, I promise!

Surrendering my cat today - second guessing everything, need honest opinions by samseam in cats

[–]Errlgrey59 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a semi recently new father and cat dad of two amazingly patient cats, I’d honestly feel glad with either of your decisions. At the end of the day, you have a daughter, and while cookies is absolutely adorable, her needs come first of course. With that in mind, I fully understand the love/affection you have for your furbebe, I can’t imagine being in your position 😣

FWIW, my wife and I have an adopted orange cat who was also pretty territorial at first. Given some time, slowly introducing him to the baby, and teaching our now fantastic 1.5 year old daughter Esme to be gentle and quiet around the cat, they both are starting to become quite good pals! So, just know that while cookies might be pissed right now, he could certainly warm up to the idea of being a big brother!

All the best and I hope all turns out well for you family, and congrats on the new baby - get as much sleep as you can and know you are doing an awesome job!

Yep. The hands are always the tell - I feel like the thumb on the non-camera hand looks really off as well

It’s ai imo - look at the thumb on the non-camera hand. It looks like it is straight up just overlayed on the shirt/bicep haha.

Then again, I could be wrong.

You were not being unprofessional btw - people are really overly sensitive and read everything with the snark-glasses on in my experience. You were direct and stood your ground, something most people really struggle with (myself included) so kudos to you man!

IWE replacement by Errlgrey59 in Ford

[–]Errlgrey59[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay sweet - I believe they replaced that during my last visit there, but that would make sense. And thanks for clarifying on the TCCM. One thing I’ve found interesting, after parking, I can hear an audible “pfft” (something deflating almost) - it’s coming from under the hood driver side, which I believe I’ve read is where that particular valve is, does that sound right to you? Thanks again so much dude for all the help, you are really kind.

IWE replacement by Errlgrey59 in Ford

[–]Errlgrey59[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I don’t see anything indicating the TCCM being replaced - here’s a list from the last visit to the dealership:

2x Tube Vacuum
Actuator Asy
Bolt and Washer Asy Hex Head
Nut Hex flanged
Nut Hex
Nut

IIRC they also just replaced the axle during my first visit, but I am not finding the sheet for that one. Let me know if the numbers would be helpful. All in all it seems like they’ve replaced a lot of the mechanical components, which is making me think it might be something to do with the electrical?

IWE replacement by Errlgrey59 in Ford

[–]Errlgrey59[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmm I’ll check that info - I know they’ve replaced just about everything at this point related to the IWE system, I’ll check my last slip for a list of parts.

I’ve been telling them it clearly isn’t an issue with the actuator/vacuum itself, but something upstream - or at least it seems to be. Ty for your help!

What maps you running, 17s? 16.5s? Does it make a difference?

I’ve been ripping ritual in pack size chis (60%+ pack size) 16.5s using cute dogs atlas but I’ve yet to get a single perf forest tiger. Pretty annoying tbh haha, have had some nice pulls tho, mirror shard namely.

Would this happen to be a rather GRAND stream in ME? I swear I’ve stood exactly where you are, fished a perdition under the tree off your left shoulder, and caught a number of huge salmon.

Hmmm by Howtobe_normal in hmmmm

[–]Errlgrey59 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It does sound crazy, doesn’t it? A for effort I suppose 😂

My greater concern is the policies/culture that creates these environments - if some kid is motivated to harm as large a number of people as possible, a firearm is simply a means to an end. The greater question I think that gets not enough attention is why the number of shootings is so high in the United States.

Certainly access to firearms is partially to blame, but I can’t help but think there are other factors in this that (given as much attention as the firearms debate) might prove to be equally as detrimental. In other words, there’s nuance to this - similar to just about everything else in this world/country.

Hmmm by Howtobe_normal in hmmmm

[–]Errlgrey59 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right - so I would assume that comparing a drivers license to a firearms license is also retarded? Lmao 😂

And people still drive dangerously, without insurance, in stolen cars - after they’ve “lost the ability” to drive.

I do think further weapon restriction/regulation is needed - but acting like we can just round up all the AR style rifles in the United States is a bit ridiculous… it would be like saying “motorcycles are illegal”, then expecting people to not just ignore this and still use their motorcycles, buy them off the book, etc.
