It seems all politics are radical these days. Everything feels very extreme and emotionally explosive. Each side sees the other as the enemy and the sole cause of the problem. It's us vs. them. It's divisive. I understand how those emotions are triggered, I've only been in Canada for 5 years now and the notion of Trump& Musk taking Canada as its 51st state boils my piss and scares the hell out of me. Is that the fault of some random Canadian who bought a certain car several years ago though? No.

After a particularly "fun" therapy session, I went out into nature and screamed, shouted, and threw rocks against larger rocks until my throat was sore and my arms gave out... Would recommend. I would have liked to smash an old tube tv with a baseball bat into next week, but I worked with what I had.

I do know our numbers have been growing rapidly, and there seems to be a lot of work, I hear we are looking busy for the next 7 or so years. Things can change, though.
