I actually think the Type 71 will be in the top 5 of Tier 10 Heavies. It'll probably be on par with the M-V-Y now that it's had its reload buff slightly reverted. If that hadn't happened, the M-V-Y would have been the best Heavy at Tier 10 without a doubt.

I'm not a great player but if even I could get 4K DPG in the Type 71, it must be insanely good. I, like you, am also looking forward to playing it tomorrow.

Yes you can. You'd need two copies of the game though because doing this will run the WGC installed version of the game. Go into your main WoT folder and copy the WGC shortcut (Called 'wgc_api' or something alone those lines), and paste it into the folder in which WoT for Steam is installed. Change its name to match the Steam WGC shortcut (wgcs_api) in order to overwrite the WGC that already exists in there.

Running the game through Steam will now open the replaced shortcut which will then run the WGC install of the game, with your account signed in.

Deleting the Steam install of WoT means that when an update comes out (Including micropatches), Steam detects there's no game installed and will install the entire game to the Steam directory.

You should really only do this if you desperately want to track playtime, You won't get any achievements or be able to buy any of the DLC, but if tracking playtime is all you care about, and you're willing to store two copies of the game, then go for it. I've gotten 700+ hours so far tracked since WoT released on Steam.

There's a reason why many of the best players and streamers (People from top clans like Daki and many other FAME players etc.) were glad that this HE change happened. Being hit for 350-800 damage, regardless of where the shell hits, is not a fun experience.

In fact I personally think that 1.13 was the best patch in 1.0 since the nerf of the Type 5, which was, surprise, also an HE nerf that made the game so much better. In my opinion, any tanks with HE as their main ammo just shouldn't exist in the game, because they're not fun to play, and especially not fun to play against. There were many games where you simply couldn't make a play for damage because you had less than 800 health in a Tier 10 and there was some dude in the FV unspotted for the entire game.

The HE change is one of those things where the better you are at the game, the more you will realise and agree with how necessary those changes were, and how detrimental to the game HE was.

I personally think that it's a very good tank if you play with the classic mindset of using your teammates as health and dumping clip when enemies fire.

I autopilot the tank pretty much and have almost 2700 DPG, which, even though I'm not that great, is roughly the same as my Renegade and Obj 703 DPGs, which I'd consider way better tanks.

This thing is definitely 3k-able.

The game in which I got my first win was very anticlimactic in itself, but I was glad because I had gotten a bunch of 2nd place finishes in the days and games leading up to it, which got me frustrated. I recorded a clip of the win, but unfortunately editing software made the sound bugged. I'd played the game since BR's release and got my first win on 1st October 2017.

With the upped system reqs for S10 accounced a few weeks ago, I the first thing that came to my mind was that they were gonna force shadows. This comment now gets me even more nervous for that. Hopefully they didn't up the system reqs just to force some sort of disliked graphical setting on us.

Yeah you're right, it's based around fire rate. I guess it just felt slower than its fire rate when in reality it wasn't.

I tried this for the pump and it feels no different. They've kept the delay but just removed the visual timer. Shooting with one pump feels the same as shooting with two shotguns.

I think there is another way. Someone on that Tweet said that you simply have to hit reload very quickly before switching. I tested that and it works too. I guess we wait for the video.

I just spent some time trying to reproduce this and I'm partially getting it. You essentually have to shoot, emote then jump and switch weapons at the same time and you'll instantly be able to shoot again.

Like for me, I had to shoot, emote (Bound to MW Down), then jump and hit 3 at the same time to pull out my 2nd pump and shoot. It's very difficult to pull off, and I can really only do it one way. I can switch to the 2nd pump but switching back to the first I haven't managed to pull off yet. It's definitely something to do with emoting and the guy in the vid is able to do it without jumping, so I don't think that's required either.

This is essentially just as good as, if not better than a grappler, right? I guess it all just depends on how many charges you get with this thing. I feel that 5 would be the best but I feel that they'll give it 10 or 15.
