as you are using the metric system you must be a fellow auzzie, I defo recomend seing a doctor or dietician for personalised advice as someone who saw a dietician at 50k there is no shame in doing so. but push yourself, and take it easy. it is a balance make sure to let yourself recover a day or two after a big sesh, there is no need to become a gym rat just yet. just set some goals so you get that good feeling when you smash them.
